IP Address

The IP address is sent with each request so the server knows where to send responses. Every Internet user obtains an IP address from an Internet Service Provider (ISP) as soon as they connect to the Internet. The ISP knows which IP addresses were used, when and by which Internet user. The law requires the ISP to keep this information. Pathos Leadership does not store any User’s IP address locally. We instead use the IP address for session recognition and geographic analysis from our Third Party (Google) tool.

4. Modification of the Terms and Conditions

Pathos Leadership has the right to modify at any time and in any way any of the provisions mentioned in the Terms and Conditions or the Terms and Conditions in their entirety, without any prior notification and without being obliged to fulfill any other formality towards the Users. Any change is fully and unconditionally accepted by the Users of the Site by simply using or accessing any facility offered by the Site.

The competent courts in Romania will have exclusive jurisdiction over any and all disputes that will arise from or refer to or will be in connection with the provisions of the Terms of Use and/or the Site Content or in the case of disputes in which these Terms of Use and /or this site will be considered relevant facts for such disputes.
