The courses themselves have been delightful and I must say that I am rather surprised at what “”change management”” actually means and what it entails. The best thing about the PROSCI certification, besides filling the gaps in knowledge and structure, was the access to global practice and resources on change management cases, both on the library/repository and in sharing real time experiences with fellow participants in the certification session.
